Fill the Registration Form. There is no
Registration Fee.

Send us the copies of your Academic
qualifications.

After
verification you will be asked to
provide some more information and
your profile will appear on the
site.
PROCEDURE FOR PATIENTS

The
whole site could be navigated
without Registration. However to get
consultancy by a Specialist,
Registration is must. There is no
Membership or Registration Fee.

To
select a Specialist
either go through
their profiles or get help from our inhouse doctors. Click HELP.
- To
access a Specialist pay the
Accessible Fee which presently is
$6 in all cases.

There are different methods of
payment. Select the one most
convenient to you.

After
selecting the specialist and paying
the accessible fee submit your
problem on the Specialist’s Page.

This
Page will be unique for each
patient. Other visitors of the site
will not have access to this page.

The Specialist will respond within his/her
specified response time.

You
have to visit the site again after
some gap to check the specialist’s
reply. The patient doctor
communication is not through live
chat.

The
query may be fully answered in a
single reply or you and the
specialist have to come on line for
more than one time. After the query
has been fully addressed, then the
particular session will be closed by
the specialist. Once the session is
closed the patient has to pay again
to get further consultancy from the
same specialist.

You may request the specialist for Discount
or fee waiver if you think you
deserve. In case your request is
denied you may access another
specialist doctor
or contact us for Help (Click HELP).

Some
specialists require the whole
payment before the final
prescription where as some allow you
to pay after closing the session.
Please get these clarifications from
the specialist before proceeding for
the treatment.
